Family time is one of the most important things we have. We had little family time when we lived in SC, due to my husband's job. We knew we wanted to make it up when we got to Colorado. Our first big trip of the summer was Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park in South Dakota. And my oh my it was AMAZING!

We spent the weekend creek side at the Spokane Campgrounds- enjoying smores, cooking over a fire and fresh air! We drove through the park counting buffalo and being in Aw with almost every turn with the breath taking landscapes.

I didn't want to play photographer, but I did want pictures to show the kids so they could say they had been there. So here are some from our trip!
